New Hope For Darfur

Scientists have just discovered a huge underground water reservoir in Darfur. Some believe that this will help ease tensions in that troubled region. I believe it will just give the tyrants something else to fight for and make things worse.

I wouldn't overlook or refuse to use a valuable natural resource that could save thousands of people's lives out of fear of tyrants. If given a choice of whether to have the water and take their chances with the tyrants, I would make an educated guess that those people would gladly take the water.
