Yet no-one seems to be willing to acknowledge how bad Bush was. I haven't seen a single Obama policy yet that has:

1. Killed any Americans
2. Destroyed our home industry
3. Taken away American jobs

All that happened under YOUR guy. You guys keep CLAIMING that Obama's policies MIGHT hurt us in the future. Let me ask you.. Are you taxes higher? Is your gas more expensive? Have you lost your job as a result of anything Obama has done? NO! (unless of course he repeals the Bush tax cuts for the rich which even Democrats think i s a bad idea now.)

But you also keep harping on how bad Dem politics are but we're only here in charge because yours were worse.

I think President Bush was an excellent president. Everyone was for the war when we went in because Saddam needed ousting. The only mistake he made was under estimating the guts of the bad guys. We should have sent more troops in at the beginning. He, in his first six years was true to his words - he kept America safe.

The last two years, under a liberal house and senate and media pressure, Bush did disappoint me on the illegal immigrant front as well as some smaller issues. The economy is crumbling because of all the loans and credit given out by companies who were following the laws and guidelines set by Bill Clinton in the 90’s. People bought houses they could not afford. It finally caught up with those people during Bush’s watch.

In 2003 he tried to initiate reform but was blocked by the Dems. 911 occurred nine months after Bush took office. Clinton had chances to do something about terrorism but did nothing. During the Clinton years, he cut our defense as well as our intelligence. We were vulnerable due to liberal cut backs and the “can’t we all just get along” attitude liberals have with everyone. It bit us on the butt.

The media has branded Bush as a failure and all the sheep, who look at the TV as if it was their shepherd, believe that Bush is a failure. If Obama was to walk on water the headlines would be “Obama is our savior.” If Bush was to walk on water the headlines would be “Bush Can’t swim”

The left-leaning liberal media sucks! Bush was blamed for Katrina. First of all mother nature made Katrina not Bush. Government starts at the local level not at the President.

History will redeem President Bush in that he is one of the few leaders who understands the larger picture. He knows what calamities await the world if it engages in appeasement and deserts an ally in order to buy an illusory peace. We will recognize what he did long after he is gone.

As to your question "Have you lost your job as a result of anything Obama has done? NO!" the answer is YES. The plant I work in is closeing. The complany is closeing 4 of the plants they have. They are moving the work to other plants. Their reason is that the Insurance they have to pay for the employee coverage will cost more plus the pending tax increase starting Jan 1 leaves them with no choise but to reduce their overhead which lead to the closing of four plants. Now the company I work for (which had me in the plant full time ) had a meeting tell us that our insurance did go up which in turn my us have to pay more. Now one of us at the company I work for will have get layed off. Question is who. So there is Obama policy that is Destroying our home industry and Taken away American jobs.
