I have been renting my house for almost two years. I have paid rent on time every month. Yesturday I got a notice on my door that the owner has not been paying morgage on the house and it is being repossed. There will be an auction may 26th. Before march 2009, I would have had to vacate immediately but thanks to Obama if I were on a year lease I would be able to finish my lease and even though I am month to month I still have 90 days to leave. If it weren't for the law Obama passed I would be without my home with next to no notice even though it is not my fault. Thank you Obama.
