democrats bend rules (if you can actually prove it) to help people without insurance

No it has not A. That's why we have amendments. And if you remember, your President 'molded' the constitution to serve his own needs. Including blatant lies that he was caught in. Funny how it is OK when your guy does it but if you even suspect that the other guy does it (and he is not being accused of unconstitutionality by anyone other than right wing hype jockeys) you are up in arms.
