After all the government cannot run a decent health insurance, right? So... to be consistent... all those against a government run health care plan should give it up. Or is it that it's ok for the congressmen but not ok for everyone else?
To clarify - I am one of the lucky ones who have employer sponsored health care. Thing is - I know I'm lucky. I know how much it costs to get health care insurance on one's own. I used to pay for health insurance when I was self employed - it used to cost us - a family of 3 without any serious previous conditions - close to US$1,500 a month. We were guilty of being over 40.
