A challenge to the man made global warming crowd:

Read this and then tell me why ANYONE would accept the nonsense that comes from the gore crowd regarding global warming without, as a very minimum, a complete and open discussion with all sides participating, as opposed to the "my way or the highway" approach of the left. Go ahead, try to be objective.

The above document has more than enough documentation, scientific data and information to make even the most liberal person on the planet have questions unless they've just closed their minds to any possibility other than the nonsense they've bought into. I can't wait to see what tigger and orca say about this. I don't know how much clearer it could be that they and their liberal friends have been duped.

Yea, I agree Adamantine and one does get to the point of feeling like "what's the use" when you're talking to a closed mind. But I ran across the above item and this to me is like the Holy Grail of revealing the absolute hoax of man made global warming....I couldn't resist. I have never been more certain of anything in my life as I'm certain that this whole environmental "crises" is manufactured for political reasons. I would have an easier time with these fanatics if they'd at least be smart enough to call for open and complete discussions on the matter. But they can't because they know their crap doesn't stand up to scrutiny. I can never figure out why they think any thinking person is going to be pressured into believing such nonsense. It's fun watching them twist and make asses out of themselves though.

I seem to remember a story about an army Lt. Colonel who, in 1875, opted out of taking on additional artillery and reinforcements in his chase after "a few" Lakotah. In fact, this Lt. Colonel also ignored the reports of some scouts who told him about the unusually large number of enemy he was chasing. This Lt. Colonel couldn't see his opponent but went along on "guts" and hubris.

He DID become quite famous for his participation in the battle that ensued.

I'm not so sure that the daughters and wives of the men that died due to his mistakes and his arrogance really relish in that "fame".

That's pretty deep Luther! ;) I guess I'm dense but I'm having a hard time making the connection between Custer and Gore. I AM interested though!
