Nothing short of a civil war will remove Bush from power. If the US population had any power through normal due process then Bush et al would of been in prison by now. Instead you have Bush veto'ing and rewriting laws passed, ignoring the constitution and the likes of Cheney claiming he isn't even part of the government so he can't be held accountable.
