Ballet is Dead

No one cares any more. Of all the performing arts, ballet has the lowest ticket prices and lowest attendance. Classical Ballet is dead as an art form.

I am dying to see Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake - the next tour is 2009. So I guess it is not that dead...just reincarnating.
