Making money is easy if you know how to work hard and spend smart.

Likewise, working hard at school can get you good grades, you go on to university, and get a job as a lawyer or doctor, etc. Or you could find you have an amazing talent for say..art or writing, and do it that way -shrug-

After feed time put in bills pertaining to the land etc... It's not that great of an investment. In the right market I could flip a house in 30 days with 5k in and make a bigger profit.

Lainey, darling, you put up a fence and they eat grass, which around here grows for free. The only real bills you have is shots and stuff which might be 20 dollars a cow. I promise you can't flip a house while working a full time job and turn anywhere near the same profit. Maybe if that's you're main job then you're on to something but if you add in the money made from the full time job you can work with a ranch then you're still money ahead.
